What kind of standards does Container Deisccant need to meet before it can be used

The container has a large space and is not sealed, and the temperature difference between day and night can often reach 50-60 ℃ during transportation. Therefore, the Container Deisccant must have a rapid and large amount of moisture absorption capacity to quickly reduce the humidity of the air in the container to ensure that it does not freeze when the temperature drops sharply dew.

1. Long-term moisture absorption capacity.
The container is not a closed space. During transportation, it can be connected to the outside air, and outside water vapor can continuously enter the container. At the same time, the shipping time of the container can be as long as 60 days, so the Container Deisccant must be able to absorb moisture continuously for 60 days or more, and it is required to reduce the humidity of the air in the container.
2. Large span operating temperature.
During the shipping process, the temperature can be as high as 70-80°C and as low as -10-20°C. Container Deisccant needs to maintain its moisture absorption capacity at these temperatures, thereby reducing the air humidity in the container.
3. Container Deisccant must be reliable and there is no risk of leakage.
Container Deisccant is mainly calcium chloride, which becomes liquid after absorbing moisture. During transportation, due to packaging leakage or Container Deisccant falling off, the solution in Container Deisccant may seep into the container, increase the humidity of the container, and increase the risk of moisture for the goods.
Container Deisccant is mainly used to adsorb containers during ship transportation or storage. Due to the high climate humidity and the large temperature difference between day and night, the water vapor in the container will condense into water droplets to form "container rain". Container Deisccant can reduce the water content of the air in the container.
